Dr. Lynette Roberts

I am a researcher, lecturer and Clinical Psychologist, in the Discipline of Clinical Psychology, Graduate School of Health at UTS, Australia. I completed my Masters of Psychology (Clinical) and Doctor of Philosophy at UNSW, Australia, and have since then worked in numerous research and clinical settings.

My lab focuses on translating basic research into innovative mental-health interventions. One stream of this research includes adapting psychological therapies for people with intellectual disability, and another area of focus is capitalizing on the link between the gut and the brain to enhance treatments for mood and anxiety disorders.

Dr Lynette Roberts is also a registered Clinical Psychologist, who runs a private practice focusing on treating adults with a range of mental health difficulties. If you would like to seek therapy with Dr Roberts, please go to drlynetteroberts.com
